For the first time in the technology of oil production - the possibility of improving the quality of economic, technological and operational characteristics of enterprises using electric submersible pumps for oil production.

Oil production optimization is achieved by regulating rotational speed of the ESP (including that more than rated) in accordance with the adaptive algorithm and diagrammatic work. Rotational speed is regulated depending on the current producing conditions and well technical condition.

Energy intensity reduction to 40% and more is achieved by automatically setting the necessary operating mode, load balancing, increasing overall efficiency of the ESP, as well as the complete absence of reactive power consumption from the mains at any load on the motor, which, also eliminates the use of cosine condenser battery cosφ, ensuring compensation.

Eliminating accidents of well equipment. Full availability of information on the operation of the equipment allows you to quickly react to the emergency situations and provide overload protection of machining facilities and electrical equipment.

Downhole equipment lifespan increase is achieved by fast-acting motor protection during sudden load changes, eliminating many potential accidents at each start-up and self starting of the motor, and during start-up and commissioning.

Any level of automation - from the most simple (for one well) to the organization of oil-field automated process control system via radio.
