REN2V

Series of energy efficient high voltage (3,6, 10 kV) complete IGBT-transistor variable frequency electric drives REN2V with two-transformer scheme.

These inverters are designed for the speed control of the three-phase induction and synchronous motors with rated voltage power supply in range of 3, 6, 10 kV, 50 Hz. Frequency inverters are equipped with an input (network) step-down transformer and an output step-up transformer. To increase the power of inverters REN2V a parallel connection of the low voltage transformers is used. Inverters REN2V fully adress the specific issues of management and protection of high voltage, equal distribution of load among a group of low-voltage inverters and transformer load.

The main high-voltage inverter's applications are fans, pumps, draft mechanisms, compressors.

• Braking mode: normal breaking, dynamic braking in the outer brake resistor, regenerative braking – to be agreed

• Permitted multiplicity of output current overload 1,1 Iн during 1 minute, not more often than once every 10 minutes

• Category temperature range +1°С…+40°С (to be agreed  - from -40° С to +50°С)

• Climatic version IP21...IP54

• Input signals 2 analog signals (4…20 mА), 2 analog signals (0…10 V), 9 discrete signals;

Management:

• Automatic control, with the maintenance of a given technology parameter (pressure, speed, moment, etc.). Digital PI regulator.

• Automatic vector control with and without frequency sensor.

• Manual with parametric specification of the output voltage frequency to within 0,1 Hz.

• From automatic process control system with  RS485 or CAN interface.

Construction:

•  Floor mounted case of two-way service (for capacities 160...320 kW) with overall dimensions of 500 x 670 x 2275 mm.

•  Combination of several stacked cases with similar overall dimensions 500 x 670 x 2275 mm (for power in range of 400...3200 kW).

•  Air cooling, forced cooling.

•  Ingress protection rating - IP21 (IP54 – to be agreed).

•  Connection of the power cables and control circuits from beneath.

•  Control panel is located on the front door of the case (remote control can be supplied in consultation with the Client)
